Sampling and Testing

Are you interested in purchasing or selling a home built prior to 1950?  We highly recommend a free visual inspection for any signs of Asbestos, Mold, and Lead paint. Although regulations limit our ability to ascertain any hazards based on visual inspection, we can assist you in identifying and sampling any suspicious materials and redirect them to locally trusted laboratories for testing.
